A NEW London songbird is burning up cyberspace hot on the heels of chart topper Sandi Thom.
Sexy singer/songwriter Kezia, 23, has sent pop fans' computers into meltdown with her self-made pop videos over the past few months.
Kezia, who spent £8,000 writing recording and releasing her own album, has been crowned the number one female pop artist on music sharing site Mixposure.
Her videos - which she directed and edited on her home computer - have also generated 200,000 internet viewings. Kezia has exercised artistic controll over every aspect of her songs and videos, from the album cover, video shoots and beat and chord of her songs.
Kezia, who says she takes inspiration from pop queen Madonna. Her internet success has ignited record company interest.
"I'm doing this my own way. I've done something different to what all the other young girls are doing."
You can't pigion-hole Kezia. She says she is a pop artist who is influenced by R' n' B, Eastern, Disco, Celtic, Crunk, electronic and Classical!. Public response to her website has described her music as Destiny's child meets Chemical brothers.. Madonna meets the East.. Pet shop boys meets Britney Spears and George Michael meets Fiona Apple.
